Job Title: Inspector PackagerReports To: Extrusion SupervisorShift: Third Shift - Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7amRowmark proudly manufactures, markets and distributes a wide array of innovative and quality products for our customers primarily in the awards, recognition and signage markets. Our extensive product line of sheet materials are distributed in over 80 countries around the world.As an Inspector Packager, you will effectively plan, schedule and expedite work relating to daily production; proactively track and report related activities throughout the manufacturing process; provide post-run analysis related to job standards.Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:&middot; Understand Quality system: Work Instructions and Check Sheets.&middot; Count product correctly and accurately for packaging.&middot; Assist with start-up and shutdown of line, as needed.&middot; Operate grinder&middot; Assist with roll changes, die disassembly, cleaning and assembly.&middot; Operate RF handheld and labeling systems as required for the position&middot; Keep scrap peeled, cut and ground in a timely manner.&middot; Maintain adequate packaging supplies at the end of the line.&middot; Put away full skids in their appropriate place.
