We require an HR Executive for a manufacturing industry located in Mandi Gobindgarh (Punjab).local candidate will be preferred.Qualification : Graduation in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)Experience : 4-6 yearRole &amp; Responsibility:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews.</li><li>Prepare and maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary-related documentation.</li><li>Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.</li><li>Maintain HR documents: appointment letters, offer letters, warnings, and notices.</li><li>Coordinate training &amp; development activities.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,503.41 per monthWork Location: In person
