Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor / Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations at our art studio and manufacturing facility. Our company specializes in creating sculptures, urns, and interior &amp; exterior design products.The ideal candidate will oversee daily workflow, coordinate with staff, manage basic accounts and purchases, and keep regular communication with the CEO regarding progress and operational updates.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily operations and labor activities in the factory</li><li>Collect daily progress reports from workers/labor</li><li>Manage basic accounts and operational records</li><li>Handle purchase of materials and supplies required for production</li><li>Coordinate product delivery and logistics</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the studio</li><li>Maintain regular communication with the CEO and provide updates</li><li>Manage administrative and operational tasks when required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Good management and coordination skills</li><li>Basic understanding of accounts and record keeping</li><li>Ability to manage workers and production activities</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Responsible, trustworthy, and proactive attitude</li><li>Experience in operations, supervision, or factory management is preferred</li></ul>Location &amp; Facilities:<ul><li>Workplace located near Lahore Airport</li><li>Preference for Lahore residents</li><li>Accommodation available inside the factory for non-Lahore candidates</li><li>Lunch and dinner provided</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: Rs27,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
