Royal Beach Hotel &amp; Resort is looking for a dedicated and experienced Food &amp; Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurants and outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, smooth operations, and a memorable dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily F&amp;B operations in restaurants, bars, and outlets</li><li>Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation</li><li>Manage and train F&amp;B staff to improve performance and teamwork</li><li>Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly</li><li>Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage</li><li>Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating with the kitchen and management</li><li>Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel policies</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Food &amp; Beverage Supervisor or similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage</li><li>Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days per weekJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
