 JOB SUMMARY
 
 
 
 Under general supervision, performs the Bank&rsquo;s electronic banking functions, including set-up, monitoring, and customer service enquiries in accordance with bank policies, procedures and regulations; Complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 DUTIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Set up/input and maintain all electronic banking functions for business online banking, merchant remote deposit, business bill pay, ACH originations, business online wire, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all electronic banking product offerings, processes and customer inquiries; provide high quality customer services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to inquiries, internal and external, on product usage and system operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and respond to online customer inquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with reviewing and approving online account applications (Prelim.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and release mobile deposits (Mobiliti)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with CDARS/ICS processing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review daily reporting including ACH file transfer report, EBanking Daily Report &ndash; EBB/EBC. Monitor suspicious transactions or login activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and delete inactive business online banking users on a semi-annual basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties as assigned.
 </li>

 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 EDUCATION
 
 :
 
 AA degree or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 EXPERIENCE: Bank branch operations experience; knowledge of banking regulations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 SKILLS/ABILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 PC literate
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and customer service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual (English/Mandarin) a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
