The core function of this role would assist all scheduling specialists and entertainment activities casting specialist and senior specilialist with necessary database and document retention for all front of house Entertainmnent activities scheduling positions 1800+ This position is critical in allowing the schedulers to be able to curate teams by taking the administrative duties from them to be able to build the perfect demographic and complex shipboard teams</p><br>

</p>Responsible for updating and projecting the shipboard manager(s) such as but not limited to: Adventure Ocean Manager Assistant Adventure Ocean Manager Traveling Adventure Ocean Manager Sports Manager Traveling Sports Manager Sports Supervisor Lead<ul><li> Sports Staff &ndash; iFLY and Traveling iFLY Trainer in E1 (JD Edwards) and assisting with staff projections when needed</li>
Will have an understanding and access to TMS (Technical Management System) for Entertainment Activities Positions for projection and contract offers<li>
</li>Be able to cover the scheduling and casting team in their duties when needed (for vacation extended time off weekend or holiday coverage<li> etc)</li>
<li>Responsible for booking all manager handover cabins through the EMS (Entertainment Management System) and/or ECC cabin request</li>
Will be point of contact for mass email influx of fleet communication via the Entertainment Activities Scheduling inbox<li>
</li><li>Responsible to check the email inbox daily and distribute inquiries to pertinent schedulers for follow up</li>
Responsible for entering necessary Fleet Visitor Requests for incoming shipboard Adventure Ocean Managers and Sports Managers (including Traveling Managers) via the FVR system<li>
</li>Support with FVR needs for vendor and shoreside Youth<li> Familiy &amp; Sports team</li>
This role will submit travel requests where needed via Crew Travel for manager flight / hotel request and will facilitate flight requests via Concur for Youth and Sports vendors without Concur access<li>
</li>Responsible for creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SQM for the Youth Family and Sports team as it pertains to all Policies<li> Procedures and be able to update and submit SQM updates in the system</li>
Assist Youth Family and Sports team with Homeport sharepoint updates for Youth &amp; Sports pages with pertinent information as needed<li>
</li>Responsible for new vendor set ups for the Youth<li> Family &amp; Sports Team via the APEX system</li>
Working along side and be able to assist the schedulers: Specialist Entertainment Scheduler &ndash; Youth Specialist Ent Scheduler &ndash; Sports Senior Specialist Ent Act Casting &amp; Recruitment and Specialist Ent Activities Casting &amp; Recruitment<li>
</li>Compile various staffing level reports and submissions as needed by the Youth Family and Sports team such as: Kronos reporting par level reports seasonal par level requests par level increase requests newbuild or revite par level adjustments<li> etc</li>
Travel and attend recruitment<li> job sourcing fairs at colleges and HR events to attract talent for all 480 front-of-house teams as needed to support the Ent Activities Casting and Recruitment team</li></ul><br>

Qualifications and Education</b></p>

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Marine Inventory Systems to lead the development of fleet wide technical operations inventory strategies coordination optimization and execution of inventory control and warehouse operations across our global network of marine technical facilities This position is embedded within Marine Technical Operations (MTO) and serves as a technical role focused on supporting fleet-wide maintenance and operational readiness While working in close collaboration with Supply Chain this role is distinct in its technical scope and alignment with shipboard operations dry docks and maintenance planning The Lead will ensure the timely availability of critical marine materials spare parts and supplies leveraging technical systems and data analytics to optimize inventory performance and compliance</p>
