The Technology Project Manager will assist the Royal Electric team
Success in the position is achieved through the following duties &amp; responsibilities:<ul><li>
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.</li><li>
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.</li><li>
Lead project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
</li></ul><ul><li>Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure milestone delivery.</li><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and executive leadership.</li><li>
Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage expectations and resolve conflicts across stakeholders.</li><li>
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and constraints.</li><li>
Manage change requests, scope creep, and prioritization decisions.
</li><li>Escalate critical issues and propose corrective actions.</li><li>
Manage system integrators, software vendors, and service providers.</li><li>
Oversee contracts, SOWs, and SLAs.</li></ul><ul><li>
Track project financials, forecasting, and cost controls.</li><li>
Coordinate deployments for infrastructure, applications, cloud migrations, ERP, HRIS, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.</li><li>
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.</li><li>
Support UAT, training, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.</li><li>
Maintain project documentation, charters, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.</li><li>
Enforce PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
</li><li>Capture lessons learned and best practices.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on technology initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT projects (infrastructure, applications, cloud, or cybersecurity).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience with ERP, HRIS, CRM, or large enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Autodesk).</li><li>
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience in regulated industries (construction, manufacturing, finance).</li></ul>
Salary Range:
<ul><li>$115,000/year - $140,000/year</li><li><ul><li>
This is exempt position</li></ul></li></ul>
