We are currently accepting applications for Interns for our Sacramento Office location. This opportunity will be starting Summer 2026 , working with our Manufacturing team.
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern will have the opportunity for invaluable experience and professional growth by hands on experience, collaborating closely with a team, and real-world work. Put your education into action by assisting our manufacturing team.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities
 </h3>Provide Engineering Services<ul>
<li>Provide support and expertise to help solve challenging problems.</li>
<li>Produce engineering drawings with industry leading quality.
</li><li>Participate in process improvement planning in a team-based environment.</li>
<li>Help build and maintain a Royal Electric Library of resources and systems.</li>
<li>Create 3D models to support product completion as well as the documentation process.</li>
</ul>Assist in the production of high-quality products to support field operations<ul>
<li>Interface with internal teams and suppliers to ensure that production requirements are met and correctly documented.</li>
<li>Comply with safety regulations when in the shop.</li>
<li>Assist in the quality audit process including planning, preparing, executing, reporting results, and following up.
</li><li>Ensure products meet the standards below:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Products are free from defects.</li>
<li>Products are produced in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Products are made in cost efficient manner.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills internally and externally.
</li><li>Must be detail-orientated and well organized.</li>
<li>Ability to work with a team and independently.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Education &amp; Experience
</h3><ul><li>In the pursuit of a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>3D modelling experience</li>
</ul>Internships will look different based on a candidate&rsquo;s direction, goals, and schooling.
Each role description is subject to change and may include other duties as they are assigned.
Salary Range:
<ul><li>$21-$25</li></ul>
