 What you&rsquo;ll do:

 Serve as the strategic HR partner for the assigned business unit, acting as the primary liaison for all employee-related matters, and enabling a seamless HR experience.

 Champion the execution of the approved HR agenda within the business unit, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and priorities.

 Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive manpower planning and fulfill hiring requirements in accordance with the business growth roadmap.

 Translate the overall HR strategy into actionable initiatives within the business unit and ensure timely execution and monitoring of outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the onboarding and induction journey for new hires, reinforcing organizational culture and ensuring effective integration into the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate the timely execution of Performance Management System (PMS) activities by partnering with line managers and the Rewards &amp; Performance team, ensuring fairness and consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify capability gaps and emerging skill needs through stakeholder discussions and performance insights; collaborate with the Organization Development team to drive targeted learning interventions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive high participation in employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback trends, and work with business leaders to co-create and implement data-driven action plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate training effectiveness and support the formulation of a continuous learning culture through impactful Learning &amp; Development programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage people analytics and HR dashboards to derive insights, track trends, and present recommendations that influence workforce decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Talent Management team to identify successors for key roles and support the development and retention of high-potential talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work alongside HR Operations to support seamless implementation and optimization of HR systems, tools, and digital workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Head &ndash; HR in conceptualizing and delivering initiatives that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and organizational belonging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, building strong relationships, fostering a high-performance culture, and proactively addressing concerns to drive retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labor laws, organizational policies, and statutory requirements across the business unit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit-ready records in support of compliance, risk mitigation, and governance standards
 </li>

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The Interior Designer &ndash; BRI will be responsible for supporting the design and development of innovative, brand-led physical experiences across Royal Enfield&rsquo;s global portfolio. This role plays a key part in enhancing the brand&rsquo;s physical presence through thoughtfully crafted retail environments, branded spaces, and touchpoints that reflect Royal Enfield&rsquo;s identity and values. The objective is to drive immersive brand engagement, support business and retail goals, and contribute to the creation of scalable, profitable design solutions. The designer will also contribute to spatial graphic design &mdash; ensuring integration of signage, brand messaging, and visual storytelling within the environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 The role will report to the Lead &ndash; BRI and will work in close collaboration with Global Brand teams
 
 
 (including Digital, Creative Strategy, and PR), Customer Experience, and Business India teams to design and deliver immersive, on-brand interior environments that reflect the brand&rsquo;s identity across retail and service formats.

 What you&rsquo;ll do:

 Collaborate with the Lead &ndash; BRI to implement and evolve the spatial design strategy across Royal Enfield&rsquo;s physical touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the end-to-end creative development of physical brand experiences &mdash; including retail stores, service centers, exhibitions, shop-in-shop and strategic brand formats&mdash; ensuring alignment with the brand&rsquo;s design language.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the creation and refinement of retail toolkits, format guidelines, and style guides to enable scalable and consistent design execution across regions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design or adapt environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, and brand communication elements for physical spaces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with graphic designers or independently create print-ready artworks for signage, in-store storytelling, walls, and window displays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure spatial graphics align with overall interior language and brand identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the design and development of custom furniture, fixtures, and display systems that support brand presentation, functionality, and spatial storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in prototyping innovative, on-brand retail and experience formats based on consumer trends, brand storytelling, and contextual relevance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and provide design input on architectural layouts, zoning, signage, branding, and fixture details for retail rollouts and partner formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistency in the implementation of retail identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience, marketing, visual communication, Dealer Development, Sales, Service and retail operations to deliver cohesive spatial narratives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work within defined project budgets, timelines, and quality parameters to ensure efficient and high-quality design delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct trend research and benchmarking across lifestyle, retail, and automotive sectors to bring fresh design thinking to brand environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on-ground audits, pilot stores, and store evaluations to gather insights and inform future design improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized documentation of design iterations, specifications, and vendor references for future reference and scale-up.
 </li>

 Experience:
