Job Title: Accounts AssistantLocation: Karunagapally Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0&ndash;3 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Accounts Assistant to support the dealership&rsquo;s accounting and invoicing functions. The role involves handling customer billing, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and assisting in periodic financial reviews and reporting.Key Responsibilities:1️. Invoicing &amp; Customer Billing<ul><li>Complete vehicle, parts, and labour invoicing as per company SOPs</li><li>Handover bills to customers and explain charges, taxes, and deductions</li><li>Handle customer billing-related queries and objections professionally</li></ul>2️. Accounting Operations<ul><li>Maintain proper record keeping and documentation</li><li>Perform account reconciliation</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable</li><li>Prepare expense reports and assist in cost control initiatives</li></ul>3️. Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Assist in GST preparation and filing support</li><li>Prepare Profit &amp; Loss statements and periodic financial summaries</li><li>Support internal audits and ensure policy adherence</li><li>Present reports and updates to the Accounts Head</li></ul>4️. Administrative Support<ul><li>Perform routine errands such as bank deposits and related tasks</li><li>Assist in monthly and quarterly account reviews</li></ul>Recruitment Profile &ndash; Qualifications<ul><li>B.Com with Tally knowledge</li><li>Logical thinking ability and willingness to follow processes and norms</li><li>Basic understanding of how a sales/service workshop functions is preferred</li></ul>Industry Preference<ul><li>Automobile (2-wheeler preferred)</li><li>Dealership / Workshop operations</li><li>Finance &amp; Accounting services</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0&ndash;3 years</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good numerical and analytical skills</li><li>Objection handling and customer communication skills</li><li>Process adherence and result orientation</li><li>Ability to work with accounts software and reports</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
