Develop, implement, and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001 standardsLead internal &amp; external audits and ensure timely closure of findingsEnsure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirementsDrive process standardization and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality at sourceConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPAMaintain SOPs, policies, and quality documentationTrack quality KPIs, analyze trends, and implement preventive actionsCoordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain for process improvementsSupport new product/process implementation with quality planningLead, train, and develop the QA team and quality culturePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 48.0 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gujrat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Quality Assurance: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
