Junior AdvocateRole Overview: We are looking for a Junior Advocate to support our legal operations, documentation, and compliance for real estate projects. The candidate should have basic knowledge of property laws, drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate with government offices.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and review agreements (Sale Deed, Agreement to Sell, MoUs, Affidavits).</li><li>Assist in title verification, due diligence, and preparing legal summaries.</li><li>Support RERA documentation and compliance activities.</li><li>Coordinate with Sub-Registrar offices for registrations.</li><li>Maintain legal records and assist senior advocates with documentation.</li><li>Provide basic legal support to sales and project teams.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>LLB degree (0&ndash;2 years experience).</li><li>Understanding of property documents &amp; registration processes.</li><li>Strong drafting and communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
