The ideal candidate thrives in a fast moving sales environment and is happyspeaking to consumers through the majority of the day.Minimum 2 year call centre experience required.Responsibilities<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of sales or telemarketing experience (ISA experience preferred).</li><li>Primary duties include following up on and nurturing qualified leads (NO cold calls).</li><li>This position requires appointment setting / relationship building.</li><li>Use CRM to Input/Manage leads.</li><li>Excellent English communication; Punjabi/Hindi is an asset.</li><li>Strong understanding of real estate lead flow &amp; qualification.</li><li>Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.</li><li>Proficient with CRM systems and dialer software.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Self-driven and accountability-focused.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Make 150&ndash;200 outbound calls daily using CRM &amp; dialer.</li><li>Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads using proven scripts.</li><li>Nurture long-term leads in pipeline and set follow-up reminders.</li><li>Confirm appointments and follow up with clients before/after meetings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per month
