Seeking fluent English/Arabic speakers to represent a luxury real estate agency by promoting the agency and its services alongside properties within its portfolio.Responsibilities:&#8288; &#8288;Engage with potential clients by explaining any given property&rsquo;s unique selling points.&#8288; &#8288;&#8288;Attend industry events, expos, and relevant locations alongside the sales team to network with potential clients and relevant persons.&#8288; &#8288;&#8288;Conduct property demonstrations to showcase its quality and sales/investment potential.&#8288; &#8288;&#8288;Gather client feedback to identify preferences&mdash;specifically client budgets and area preferences within Abu Dhabi.&#8288; &#8288;&#8288;Collaborate with sales and marketing to align promotional activities with business objectives.&#8288; &#8288;&#8288;Monitor and evaluate promotional effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.&#8288; &#8288;&#8288;Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay informed and adapt accordingly.&#8288; &#8288;&#8288;Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and property developers.Required skills:&#8288; &#8288;Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with the agency&rsquo;s target audience.&#8288; &#8288;&#8288;Strong presentation skills, representing the agency in a manner befitting the highest standards by dressing in a chic and formal fashion.Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English and Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
