At Royal Motor Experts Sharjah, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Transmission Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain automatic and manual transmissions for a wide range of vehicles. You should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Diagnose issues related to automatic and manual transmissions.</li><li>Perform transmission removal, repair, overhaul, and installation.</li><li>Inspect, test, and troubleshoot drivetrain components.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on transmission systems.</li><li>Identify required parts and prepare accurate job estimates.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed according to workshop standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the workspace.</li><li>Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with new technology, tools, and repair procedures.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a transmission mechanic/technician.</li><li>Strong knowledge of transmission components, hydraulics, mechatronics, and control modules.</li><li>Ability to diagnose electronically controlled transmissions using scanners and diagnostic tools.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CVT, DCT/DSG, and conventional automatic transmissions is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Commitment to quality and attention to detail.</li><li>UAE workshop experience</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/Certification in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Professional and friendly work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the company.</li><li>Training and skill-development support.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
