Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Web and Application Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance web applications and digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both client and business objectives while ensuring seamless user experiences across various platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).</li><li>Develop server-side applications and APIs utilizing appropriate technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django) to support front-end functionality and deliver optimal performance.</li><li>Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure an optimal user experience and implement visually engaging web and mobile applications.</li><li>Integrate third-party services and APIs into applications and ensure seamless communication between client-side and server-side components.</li><li>Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across all platforms.</li><li>Ensure applications are developed with security best practices and comply with industry standards.</li><li>Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the implementation of best practices in development, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools, making recommendations to improve development processes and enhance application functionality.</li><li>Maintain and update web and mobile applications as needed, ensuring they remain secure, up-to-date, and optimized.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across production environments to ensure smooth business operations.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and other developers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Proven professional experience in web and application development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.</li><li>Strong back-end development skills, with experience in Node.js, Express.js, Python, or Django, and knowledge of database management systems (SQL or NoSQL).</li><li>Proficiency in version control systems such as Git, and experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).</li><li>Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Knowledge of web security practices and experience implementing secure coding standards.</li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration with third-party services.</li><li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control practices in a team environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in mobile application development (native or hybrid) using frameworks like Flutter or React Native.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architectures.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment tools.</li><li>Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Be part of a forward-thinking organization that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.</li><li>Work in a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and skill development.</li><li>Flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and portfolio to hello@roi.qa.
