We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Site Engineer with 2 to 4 years of UAE construction experience, specializing in interior fit-outs, renovations, and luxury villa construction. The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring absolute compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations while meeting strict deadlines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all executions align perfectly with approved shop drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to coordinate between project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Progress Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, prepare progress reports, and handle Inspection Requests (IRs).</li><li>HSE &amp; Quality Control: Implement rigorous on-site health, safety, and quality procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.</li><li>Resource Management: Monitor and optimize site resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) to hit project milestones on schedule.</li><li>Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve on-site technical discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Quantity Surveying Support: Verify physical work measurements to assist in preparing monthly progress claims and bills.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of solid site engineering experience in the UAE (specifically in fit-out and villa projects).</li><li>Language Skills (Mandatory): Fluent in both Arabic and English (written &amp; spoken) for professional coordination and site management.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Excellent command of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong leadership, practical problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.</li></ul>Driving License: Must Valid UAE driving licenseJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
