RN Supervisor Summary:
The RN Supervisor coordinates the administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and time frame to ensure an effective and efficient environment for residents, family, and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Ensure nursing operational standards are met</li><li>
Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics</li><li>
Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions</li><li>
Handle complaints or other issues</li><li>
Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends</li><li>
Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures</li><li>
Handles Admissions</li><li>
Other tasks as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
2-4 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program required</li><li>
Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in California</li><li>
Current valid CPR certification required</li></ul>

Salary Range: $50.00 - $55.00/hr*
