Job PurposeThe Royal Riviera Hotel is seeking two enthusiastic and service-oriented Receptionists to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience from arrival to departure. While a high school diploma is sufficient, prior experience in a five-star hotel and a strong background in customer service are highly valued. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet all guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude in line with The Royal Riviera Hotels' standards.</li><li>Engage with guests as unique individuals, listening attentively and responding promptly to their requests.</li><li>Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs on a daily basis.</li><li>Answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner; manage reservations both in person and over the phone.</li><li>Generate and review daily reports to ensure reservation accuracy and accommodate special requests.</li><li>Manage a cash float responsibly throughout the shift and balance it accurately at the end of the day.</li><li>Anticipate, address, and resolve guest service needs and complaints in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure a safe and secure environment by following all hotel safety, fire, and emergency procedures.</li><li>Maintain professional grooming, behavior, and service standards at all times.</li><li>Support colleagues and contribute to smooth daily operations by performing additional tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for guest service.</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to handle cash and operate a front desk system efficiently.</li><li>Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.</li><li>Any nationality is welcome to apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
