Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure proper product display and availability at assigned retail outlets. The role focuses on maintaining brand standards, maximizing shelf presence, and supporting sales growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Arrange and display products on shelves according to company standards and planograms.</li><li>Ensure continuous product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.</li><li>Monitor product expiry dates and apply FIFO (First In, First Out).</li><li>Check and ensure price accuracy according to approved price lists.</li><li>Implement in-store promotions and install promotional materials.</li><li>Conduct regular market visits and prepare reports on stock levels, sales, and competitor activities.</li><li>Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).</li><li>Previous experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in FMCG or food products.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Valid driving license is preferred.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Time management</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Allowances as per company policy</li><li>Stable working environment</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR1,500.00 per month
