About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for two company websites.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
- Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall performance.
- Stay updated with AI Search, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and emerging search technologies.
- Effectively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other relevant AI platforms for content, research, analysis, and marketing activities.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) listings to improve local visibility.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to generate leads and support sales growth.
- Create ideas and strategies for content marketing, blogs, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and improve the company's presence on Pinterest and other relevant digital platforms.
- Track website analytics, keyword rankings, traffic, leads, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular digital marketing and SEO performance reports.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI developments, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other team members to execute marketing campaigns.
- Suggest innovative marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, online visibility, and business growth.
- Assist with basic website content updates and minor IT/technical troubleshooting when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools.
- Good understanding of AI-powered search, AEO, GEO, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Practical experience with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
- Strong content, analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technologies and marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital marketing activities.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
