Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales &amp; Marketing Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate leads, close deals, and contribute to the growth of the business.As a Sales &amp; Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including identifying potential clients, pitching services, closing deals, and executing marketing strategies&mdash;particularly content creation for online platforms. You will receive a 90% commission on every successfully closed deal. This role is ideal for freelancers, consultants, or entrepreneurs seeking high earnings based purely on performance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients</li><li>Present and pitch our services to prospective clients</li><li>Close deals and ensure client satisfaction</li><li>Create engaging content (posts, ads, videos, etc.) to support marketing efforts</li><li>Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies</li><li>Manage client communication and follow-up</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis</li><li>Handle all necessary tasks to achieve successful deal closure and brand growth</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams when needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) or social media marketing</li><li>Self-motivated and result-oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Commission Only: You will receive 90% of the value of each deal you close.</li><li>No fixed salary.</li><li>Potential for very high earnings based on your performance.</li></ul>Important Note:Only apply if you are comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
