Job briefWe are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.Responsibilities&middot; Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company&rsquo;s policies and vision.&middot; Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.&middot; Employee productivity as per roles &amp; responsibilities.&middot; Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures&middot; Meet Customers KPI for inbound, mid bound &amp; outbound.&middot; 100% inventory &amp; Bin Accuracy.&middot; Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security including 5S.&middot; Prepare Monthly budget &amp; Manage expenses.&middot; Training and motivate employees&middot; Customer coordination &amp; KPI review.&middot; MIS (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)Requirements and skills&middot; Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager&middot; Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices&middot; Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)&middot; Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases, SAP users will be prefer.&middot; Leadership skills and ability manage staff&middot; Strong decision making and problem solving skills&middot; Excellent communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
