Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.Duties<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and hazardous materials.</li><li>Load and unload materials and tools necessary for construction projects.</li><li>Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.</li><li>Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.</li><li>Help with the installation of structures.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to minimize risks.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).</li><li>Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the construction field.</li></ul>Join us in building a better future while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry!Job Type: Full-timePay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hourWork Location: In person
