Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveLocation: NagpurReports To: ManagementKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.</li><li>Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate budget tracking and reporting.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support the annual audit process.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary adjustments.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Account management: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Tally (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
