Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Incharge with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing maintenance of machines, electrical, electronics, and general utilities in a factory environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime to support uninterrupted production.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise the maintenance team to carry out daily, preventive, and breakdown maintenance.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, electrical systems, electronics, and utility equipment (compressors, pumps, generators, etc.).</li><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot breakdowns, diagnose faults, and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and machine history logs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to factory maintenance.</li><li>Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Plan and monitor spare parts inventory, vendor management, and AMC contracts.</li><li>Train and guide technicians/operators on basic machine upkeep.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in factory/plant maintenance.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Strong knowledge of machine maintenance, electrical systems, PLC basics, and general utilities.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.</li><li>Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.</li><li>Soft Skills: Leadership ability, problem-solving, analytical thinking, good communication, and team management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
