 This is a hybrid role offering flexibility between in-office collaboration and remote work.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 As part of the Buildings team, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, including:

 Predesign, programming, and space planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing interior design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing drawings, specifications, discipline reports, and presentation materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching materials, products, codes, and standards to support design solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Presenting design ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing quality control reviews and participating in construction phase services, including field observations
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical guidance to junior designers
 </li>
 <li>
 Assign and review work for support staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the interior design scope for projects or manage small, multidisciplinary teams

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture and NCIDQ certification or state registration (as applicable)
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience working on commercial, corporate, aviation, or large-scale institutional projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of interior construction documentation and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to think beyond finishes and furniture and contribute to overall project strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Someone who wants to grow with the team, not just execute tasks

 Pay Transparency Disclosure
 
 
 
 The salary range for this position in Denver is $70,000&ndash;$90,000 per year, representing the employer&rsquo;s good‑faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on job‑related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, where applicable.
 
 
 This role may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, an employee assistance program, retirement and financial protection programs (401(k), short‑ and long‑term disability), paid time off (including holidays and paid parental leave), and HSA funding up to $1,200 annually.

Interior Designer

 RS&amp;H is currently seeking an Interior Design Associate I to join our team in Denver, CO

 This position performs basic interior design assignments requiring the application of standard design principles and concepts.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Performs, under direct supervision, basic predesign, schematic design, and design development tasks, which may include assisting with programming, concept development, interior finish material selection, furniture, fixtures and equipment selection, and site surveys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs basic construction documentation tasks related to the interior design scope of projects of moderate size and complexity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in research to support the development of proposed design solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists with client presentation preparation which includes formatting intended design using visual aids, renderings, and drawings utilizing advanced software and technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops knowledge of state and local building codes, life safety codes, and other ordinances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains resource materials and schedules meetings with manufactures' representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs all other duties as assigned and within scope of practice.

 Minimum Qualifications

 Requires a degree in interior design or architecture.

 Must possess basic knowledge of production software.

Interior Design Associate I

Regional Leader / Project Director &ndash; Aviation Buildings (Based in the Los Angeles Metro Area)</div><div></div><div> 
RS&amp;H is seeking an experienced Regional Leader / Project Director to join our Aviation Buildings team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. As part of the Aviation Buildings team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by conforming medium to large projects to the client's requirements, meeting scheduled milestone dates, internal and external budget constraints, and participating in the selection of subconsultants and delivery of a quality project. This position will determine the needs and expectations of the client and oversees the project to ensure all needs are met, including establishing and communicating project requirements and ensuring the team delivers a final product which meets the requirements and maintains client satisfaction; develop a detailed scope of work, budget, and schedule; provide ongoing communication to the project team, ensuring objectives are clear; direct the project team through all phases of the project to achieve the desired results within the established budget and schedule; negotiate scope and fee with the client under the guidance/direction of a project officer; recommend alternative solutions if project objectives cannot be achieved and contractual obligations cannot be met; serve as a point of contact for the client and the liaison with the project team throughout the duration of the project, including providing regular status updates; provide technical direction and coordination of the project team; provide an exceptional client experience to support marketing efforts to secure repeat business from existing clients and work from new clients; and identify problems with the production and delivery process and participate in efforts to affect improvements. This position may also provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and may serve as the primary owner for project quality planning and quality control.</div><div></div><div> 
To be successful in this role, you must:</div><ul><li>
Have a degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited program or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Have 15 years of relevant experience and be recognized as a thought leader, including prior experience leading the work of multiple disciplines.</li><li>
Possess an active license in good standing and demonstrate knowledge of state and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other applicable ordinances.</li><li>
Have proven ability to make decisions with significant organizational impact and recommend operational strategies and plans with direct influence on outcomes.</li><li>
Have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leadership on matters of strategic importance.</li><li>
Have a passion for project management, with PMP certification preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, commitment to follow-through, and the ability to work independently with general direction and oversight from leadership.</li><li>
Be able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently. You must be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders, demonstrate professional courage, and effectively guide and influence others.</li></ul><div>
Typical salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $132,000.00 - $217,000.00 commensurate with experience relative to the position.</div><div></div>
