As an Account Manager, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for getting healthcare practitioners to appreciate the efficacy of our products and adopt them into patient treatment plans. You&rsquo;ll also be there to guide relationships, educate practitioners and patients, and assure that everyone is satisfied.
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Establish, maintain and grow customer relationships in a defined territory</li><li>Utilize your superior sales skills to build a pipeline of prospects and revenue</li><li>Instruct healthcare practitioners and patients on the use of RS Medical products</li><li>Utilize Salesforce to document and track all sales and administrative activities</li><li>Conduct business in compliance with regulations and contracts</li><li>Manage an inventory of RS Medical products consistent with company policy</li><li>Attend meetings, marketing events and additional training, as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:

What You&rsquo;ll Bring to Us?
Demonstrated track record of:<ul><li>Building and managing sales accounts with a focus on exceptional service</li><li>Establishing, maintaining and growing working relationships within accounts?</li><li>Understanding and promoting innovative medical technologies?</li><li>Persuading healthcare practitioners to evaluate and adopt innovative treatments</li><li>Presenting and effectively discussing scientific material</li><li>Influencing key decision-makers in a medical clinic or hospital setting?</li><li>College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Protection experience</li><li>VA/DOD sales experience</li></ul>

Additional Necessities
Account Managers work remotely. Requires frequent or continuous periods of talking, sitting and repetitive motion of the hands/wrists, and good general vision and hearing. May also require occasional standing, walking, reaching, grasping and handling.
Must be able to move and lift as much as 25 pounds of product and materials over short distances and height. Requires frequent traveling by car or other mode of transportation up to 70% of the time. May require working long or extended hours. May be exposed to patients with infectious diseases. Must meet hospital credentialing requirements, e.g. Reptrax, Vendormate, etc.</div>
