Required Skills Set:<ul><li>Coordinating shipping activities with customs agencies to ensure that all legal requirements are met</li><li>Monitoring shipping conditions such as weather forecasts to ensure safe transport</li><li>Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all goods being shipped to ensure that freight can be booked efficiently</li><li>Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange pickup and delivery of cargo</li><li>Communicating with other departments within the company to ensure that shipments are delivered on time</li><li>Communicating with customers or brokers to arrange for pickup of shipments or delivery of goods</li><li>Monitoring the status of shipments and updating customer accounts with information about delivery status</li><li>Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.</li><li>Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.</li><li>Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.</li><li>Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.</li><li>Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.</li><li>Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.</li><li>Reviewing drivers&rsquo; logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.</li><li>Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints.</li><li>Ability to work at night and shift timings would be from 7:30PM &ndash; 4:30 AM IST</li></ul>Both Male &amp; Female candidates will be consideredFreshers with excellent communication skills can also be consideredDays of work: Monday-Friday (5 days working)Proficiency in English is mustJob Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
