 Role
 
 
 
 The role is to perform specific professional activities within the Global Payroll Team, in an accurate manner and according to strict deadlines. This includes:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely Salaries Payment for all employees'
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures accurate and timely off cycle payments to employees'
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle and response on Employees queries related to Payroll on a timely basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely payment for government payments (Pension, social, taxes &hellip;etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Consolidate payroll changes/variables to submit them for processing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute validation &amp; reconciliation, prepare control reports for certain critical data/processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure posting to accounting of all payments processed
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares manual booking, as necessary, and assist Accounting Operations in their reconciliation on a regular basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide necessary reporting to finance partners, such as GLs, cash forecasts and similar
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer overall support to HR and related Departments (Pension, FI/CO, Commission, Insurance, etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit internal payroll reports to Management/Leadership and other stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings, related documentation, and other compliance related work
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 The Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise‑wide analytics that drive data‑informed decision‑making. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into scalable reporting, actionable insights, and trusted metrics across Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Professional Services and Customer Success.
 
 
 
 Principal Responsibilities

 Lead and scale a high‑performing analytics team delivering dashboards, insights, and executive reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and own a reporting and analytics Center of Excellence, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment on key metrics.
 </li>

 Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs, performance frameworks, and analytics roadmaps that support GTM strategy and business priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee end‑to‑end analytics delivery, including data validation, metric definitions, dashboard design, and insight generation.
 </li>

 Audit and improve data quality across core systems to ensure reliable reporting and decision‑making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex data into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations for executive and board‑level audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analysis of performance data.

 Essential Requirments

 10+ years&rsquo; experience, 5+ years&rsquo; People Management Experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Talent development and team leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and problem‑solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of GTM, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics
