</div>
<div><div>Installation &amp; Construction Support</div>
</div>
<div><ul><li><div>Install piping and refrigeration equipment, including walk-ins, evaporators, and compressor rack systems.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Install, maintain, and verify proper operation of glycol systems and refrigeration rack systems.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Set up walk-in boxes and refrigeration fixtures.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Prepare job sites and assist with all substation construction activities, including manual labor as required.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><div>Technical Safety</div>
</div>
<div><ul><li><div>Weld and braze using open-flame methods.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Handle hazardous chemicals safely and in compliance with regulations.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Utilize required hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Attend technical, safety, and manufacturer training as required.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Maintain productivity levels in alignment with company standards.</div>
</li></ul>
</div></div><div><div><div>Communication &amp; Professionalism</div>
</div>
<div><ul><li><div>Communicate clearly with store managers, supervisors, contractors, and RSC team members regarding progress, downtime, and system recommendations.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Demonstrate reliability, consistency, and accountability in daily work.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Approach challenges with curiosity, problem-solving skills, and an innovative mindset.</div>

</div><p></p><div><p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><div>Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including mechanical and control components.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to identify, service, repair, and install HVACR components, including but not limited to:</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Receivers, oil separators, EPRs</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Liquid line solenoid valves</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Suction headers</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Experience with controllers (E2/Danfoss), including forcing defrosts and pumping down systems.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Demonstrated ability to locate leaks and follow proper repair procedures.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Strong customer service skills suitable for retail and institutional environments (restaurants, grocery stores, schools, hospitals, military bases).</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to complete work tickets, timesheets, and customer documentation accurately and on time.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Proficiency using smartphones, tablets, and/or laptops.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.</div>
</li></ul>
</div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, high-stress environments.</div></li></ul></div><br>

</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Be able to take emergency weekend calls on rotational basis.</div></li></ul></div><br>
