We are looking for an Accounts Executive who is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in budgeting, audits, and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling core accounting functionsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.</li><li>Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense reports.</li><li>Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.</li><li>Process invoices, payments, receipts, and adjustment entries.</li><li>Support payroll processing and related accounting entries.</li><li>Generate MIS reports and provide management insights.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP).</li><li>Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;26,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
