 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Reporting to the India Talent Leader, the Talent Policy Manager 1, will support the Talent organization by defining, developing, and maintaining employment policies, procedures, knowledge documents, and &ldquo;How to&rdquo; guides. They will also advise and collaborate on talent process creation, modification, and maintenance for continuous improvements to ensure compliance with global employment law.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibility
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define, develop, and maintain employment policies, and procedures through collaborative conversations with business leaders, talent risk &amp; relations, legal counsel, and risk management to leverage all perspectives and ensure the needs of the business are being met
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistent application of compliance policies and proactively identify legal and regulatory risks
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the implementation of strategies to mitigate compliance risks associated with RSM processes and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, modify, edit, and update knowledge documents, FAQs, how-to guides, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for RSM, in alignment with best practices established by the Talent Knowledge Management team
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise and collaborate on talent process creation, modification, and maintenance for continuous improvements to ensure compliance of process, procedures, and standards with global employment law by defined global protocols and policies for talent team members in all RSM global locations on risk compliance, policy creation, implementation, and interpretation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop progressive and proactive processes and procedures to provide consistency and equity to enable employees to focus their efforts on achieving the highest possible personal and corporate success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong interdependent partnerships with all Talent COEs and lines of business in order to understand and minimize risks associated with our services
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on industry trends, employment laws, and HR best practices to inform policy development and risk mitigation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties as assigned to support the Talent function and the business
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of work experience, with substantial experience in HR compliance, policy administration, or talent operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience using an HRIS
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Total Reward programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle assignments that are of a confidential and complex nature with considerable discretion, judgment and tact are essential
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Requirements

 MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a personal reputation for providing superior customer service and building a culture around customer service

 The communications senior associate plays a key role in enabling RSM&rsquo;s internal communication platform strategy and execution. This role owns the day to day management and optimization of communication platforms, supporting firmwide priorities and evolving business needs. The position is responsible for supporting the communications team, building strong relationships with stakeholders and assisting in developing multi channel, compelling strategies, tactics and deliverables to inform, engage and inspire our people to embrace the RSM brand, strategy and culture and maximize key communications and business objectives. With a strong focus on reporting and insights, the role contributes to continuous improvement and scalable, future ready communication solutions across the firm.
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential duties
 
 
 
 
 Communication platform strategy and management

 Support and execute the communications platform strategy to meet evolving business priorities and user needs.

 Own end-to-end platform operations, including review, publication, scheduling and distribution of content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and support internal communications plan across platforms such as RSM Power, SharePoint, Microsoft Amplify, Viva Engage and other tools as required.

 Support onboarding and training new users on communication platforms and processes.
 </li>

 Create, maintain and improve platform SOPs, templates and workflows aligned with the firms&rsquo; standard and governance.
