 This position will oversee all Microsoft partner-related compliance activities for RSM. This role ensures that RSM meets Microsoft&rsquo;s partner compliance requirements as well as RSM&rsquo;s internal policies and procedures in relation to technology spend and usage. The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance project management and ability to organize and manage multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and understand all relevant Microsoft partner program policies and ensure RSM&rsquo;s continued compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership in compliance process by developing and enforcing internal guidelines consistent with Microsoft&rsquo;s partner code of conduct.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date on Microsoft partner compliance requirements and manage any impacts to RSM&rsquo;s internal policies/procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates on RSM&rsquo;s compliance status to leadership and report/escalate potential issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage annual Microsoft Partner compliance process, ensuring timely completion of assessments and audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee internal use of demo tenants including user and licensing administration with cost analysis reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and project manage all internal technology resources with regular reporting and reconciliation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide and direct compliance concerns with global firm expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead initiative to maintain Microsoft Partner specializations by monitoring metric requirements, ensuring fulfillment and renewing in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and business teams across multiple geographies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other compliance and risk responsibilities as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Security or related field is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in compliance, risk management or program management roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail in reviewing contracts, policies, and data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze license consumption reports or audit findings and develop appropriate remediation steps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior work with vendor compliance programs or technology internal audits is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competency in leading cross-functional projects, defining action plans, and ensuring accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to organize and manage multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 High-level communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and Microsoft representatives.
 </li>

 We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist 1 to join our economic research and data analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-impact projects, including economic forecasting, risk scenario modeling, macroeconomic analysis, and business intelligence reporting.
