Position OverviewWe are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) BDC Representative / Receptionist to handle inbound and outbound communication with customers.You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to leads, and following up with prospects in our CRM to set appointments for the sales team.Schedule<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Saturday</li><li>9:30 AM &ndash; 7:30 PM</li><li>In-person role (no remote work)</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally</li><li>Respond to internet leads (calls, texts, CRM follow-ups)</li><li>Make outbound calls to new and existing leads</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team</li><li>Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and customer info</li><li>Provide a strong first impression for all customers</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be fluent in English and Spanish</li><li>Strong communication skills (phone + text)</li><li>Comfortable speaking with customers all day</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)</li><li>Previous customer service or call center experience preferred</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$750 &ndash; $900 per week (base, based on experience)</li><li>+ $10 for every showed appointment</li><li>Consistent opportunity to earn more based on performance</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Energetic, friendly, and professional</li><li>Able to handle high call/text volume</li><li>Reliable and consistent with follow-ups</li><li>Good at building quick rapport over the phone</li></ul>Pay: From $750.00 per weekWork Location: In person
