As our Head of Sales, Americas, you will lead the charge in displacing legacy, monolithic routing vendors with our Cloud-Native Network Operating System (NOS). Your mission is to secure Tier-2/Tier-3 ISPs, regional fiber providers, cable/MSOs, and DCI players by selling a fundamental shift in networking: disaggregation. You aren't just selling &quot;boxes&quot;&mdash;you are selling lower TCO, automated operations, and the freedom of open networking.</div>
</div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h4>
<div>Must-Have Qualifications
<br>
<ul><li>Industry Tenure: 15&ndash;20+ years of experience selling high-end Service Provider networking solutions with minimal support teams</li>
<li>Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Data Networking industry trends, buyer behavior patterns , consumption in Routing, Metro, Peering and Multiservice Edge markets</li>
<li>The &quot;SP&quot; DNA: A proven track record of selling directly into ISPs, broadband carriers, and MSOs.</li>
<li>Disruption Mindset: Comfortable selling &quot;Category Creation&quot; motions&mdash;moving customers away from legacy vendors toward open, software-defined architectures.</li>
<li>Executive Presence: Existing high-level relationships within the US carrier and fiber ecosystem.</li>
</ul>Nice-to-Have

<ul><li>Experience in &quot;challenger&quot; sales environments where you&rsquo;ve successfully displaced incumbent vendors.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of buying decisions in BNG, Routing, Aggregation and/Metro and DCI</li>
<li>Specific wins in subscriber platforms (BRAS/BNG) or large-scale routing</li>
<li>To succeed in this role we need leaders who understand technical validation discipline; relationship-only sellers with a grasp of the POC-to-Production cycle transformations.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h4>
<div><ul><li>Revenue Leadership: Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to production, specifically targeting BNG (Broadband Network Gateway), CGNAT, and IP/MPLS edge use cases.</li>
<li>Outcome-Based Selling: Articulate the value of disaggregated routing and open white-box hardware to C-suite executives, shifting the conversation from &quot;hardware specs&quot; to &quot;operational agility.&quot;</li>
<li>Deal Orchestration: Lead complex, cross-functional sales motions involving CTOs, Network Architects, Procurement, and Finance.</li>
<li>Ecosystem Expansion: Leverage and build relationships with System Integrators (SIs), ODMs, and hyperscale-adjacent partners to accelerate market penetration.</li>
<li>Technical Validation: Oversee the transition from initial POC to field trials and full-scale production deployments.</li>
