<div>Job Summary:

The Project Analyst will work with the operations team to analyze data and set-up ERP system for the program.

Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Understanding all elements of the project/program, create spreadsheets to organize the parts.
</li><li>Manage information entered in ERP system. This will drive shop orders and production planning.</li>
<li>Utilize critical thinking skills to understand how system transactions will impact inventory reporting.</li>
<li>Coordinate with account services, project managers, operations managers, accounting, production, and warehouse personnel to ensure various inventory reports supplied to client are accurate.</li>
<li>Provide strategic recommendations including forecast and safety stock, obsolete inventory identification on a quarterly basis, and rework solutions.</li>
<li>Initiate pricing with Purchasing team as needed.</li>
<li>Facilitate timely and accurate system transactions. Corrections as needed.</li>
<li>Regular review of inventory reports and material sustainability reporting.</li>
<li>Assess each project situation, determine actions to take, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge regarding the complete status of all aspects of the program under their ownership.</li>
<li>Full functional knowledge of the project management module of RTC&rsquo;s MRP system (LN)</li>
<li>Set up and maintain the item Code Systems in LN for the various programs.</li>
<li>Processing of shop orders and associated change management</li>
<li>Physically on the line during kitting start up for each season to assess proper fit of fixtures and graphics into the cartons based on the Datacube logic and LN part specific parameters.</li>
<li>Identify and review necessary Datacube logic for BOM and routing creation.</li>
<li>Creation and validation of client weekly reporting.</li>
<li>Creation, validation and distribution of monthly client inventory/adjustment reports and warehousing reports.</li>
<li>Manage receipt of MPPK BOM&rsquo;s from client and provide it to the Project Manager as needed.</li>
<li>Initiate comparison of LN inventory and SAP inventory. Communicate with client.</li>
<li>Manage client supplied items process.</li>
<li>Provide tech pack data to client.</li>
<li>Automated reporting is inclusive of but not limited to manual GR&rsquo;s/SHIP CON.</li></ul> 


Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in data analytics.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.</li>
<li>Experience working with an ERP system (LN or SAP preferred).</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Knowledge of working with BOM's.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of the manufacturing process.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years or older.</li></ul>

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $53,098-79,848, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role. Bonuses are paid based on RTC&rsquo;s financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date. Program rules are subject to change at management&rsquo;s discretion.
