How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact:</b></p><div>
A Quality Engineer will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to ensure compliance with customer engineering and quality requirements throughout the production process from receipt of purchase order to delivery of product. This includes customer specific quality requirements, procurement and processing requirements, document control, contract review, and job/work order planning. This position requires a high degree of concentration and multitasking.</div><div></div><p><b><br>
What you&rsquo;ll be doing as a Quality Engineer:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Working a full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.</li><li>
Contract review of customer purchase orders to ensure full understanding and compliance with quality and engineering requirements and assessment of any associated risks.</li><li>
Review and approve of internal work orders to ensure compliance with customer requirements.</li><li>
Review and approve of procedure, work instructions and/or forms in compliance with industry and AS9100 standards</li><li>
Internal auditing to AS9100 Rev D requirements and internal standard work</li><li>
Collaborate with planning, outside processors, and customers to facilitate the creation and approval of controlled manufacturing plans</li><li>
Assists in the implementation, and administration of other QA and company activities including: risk management, configuration control, training, auditing, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventative actions.</li><li>
Perform in depth root cause, corrective and preventive actions using 8D and other root cause analysis tools</li><li>
Adheres to all workplace safety guidelines, policies, and laws determined by the company, state, and federal authorities</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p><b>
Required Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):</b></p><div><ul><li>
Five years&rsquo; experience in aerospace industry quality related roles.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering a plus or at least 5 years&rsquo; experience in the same or similar role without a degree<b> </b>Collaborates with external and internal customers, including Manufacturing, Program Management, Engineering, and Sales staff to meet customer requirements, ensure compliance, and continue smooth flow of quality products.</li><li>
Lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement/value stream experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>
Proficiency in QMS and AS9100 Rev D</li><li>
Experience with Quality Assurance, job/work order planning, D6-1276 and other OEM frozen planning requirements, OEM customer quality and engineering requirements, heat treat and processing specifications, selection of customer approved suppliers, quality requirements for procurement of raw material, contract review of customer quality and engineering requirements.</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and MRP systems</li><li>
Works independently, follows instructions, can concentrate for long periods of time and is able to tolerate multiple interruptions throughout the day.</li><li>

The Manufacturing Trainee actively participates in the machine shop operations developing essential skills under the supervision and guidance of our leadership team and other designated staff. This entry-level position involves hands-on training with a variety of machining equipment including a variety of CNC Machines including but not limited to Mills, Lathes and Grinders, Amada Saw, forklift etc. This position requires an eager individual, excited to learn and grow with our organization!</p><p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll be doing as a Manufacturing Trainee:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Working a full-time, onsite position at our Chatsworth, CA location.</li><li>
Receive training and learn to properly use a CNC Mill/Lathe/Grinder, Manual Mill/Lathe, Hone, etc.</li><li>
Set-up and operate said machine for specific parts.</li><li>
Load and unload parts on various machines.</li><li>
Perform deburring of parts and other precision tasks.</li><li>
Inspect parts for quality and compliance with specifications.</li><li>
Ensure accurate setup and operation to produce components.</li><li>
Receive training and learn to perform regular checks on machines to ensure they meet operational standards.</li><li>
Manage the dumping and recycling of chips into designated bins.</li><li>
Follow established safety and quality procedures and standards.</li><li>
Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklists and report issues.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li><li>
