Job Title: Sourcing Executive &ndash; Pharmaceutical ProductsLocation: Pune Experience Required: 3&ndash;4 years Qualification: B.Pharm / MBA / Supply Chain ManagementJob SummaryWe are looking for a Sourcing Executive to manage procurement of finished pharmaceutical products. The role includes supplier evaluation, negotiations, cost control, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies for finished pharmaceutical products.</li><li>Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers.</li><li>Track supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, RA, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Conduct market research on pricing and product availability.</li><li>Maintain sourcing budgets and report on key metrics.</li><li>Manage risks and maintain supply chain continuity.</li><li>Guide and support junior sourcing team members as required.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sourcing or procurement.</li><li>Strong understanding of pharma regulations and quality standards.</li><li>Proven negotiation and contract management experience.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul>How to ApplyEmail your resume to: hr@rtmhealthcaregroup.com Contact: 84848 87342Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
