As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create usable datasets.</li><li>Apply statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to build predictive and prescriptive models.</li><li>Conduct data exploration and visualization to identify trends and patterns in the data.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.</li><li>Develop and deploy machine learning models into production environments.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of data models and make necessary improvements.</li><li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes and customer experiences.</li><li>Work on data-driven projects related to sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and product recommendation.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.</li><li>Continuously improve data quality, data integrity, and data security practices.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of professional experience in a data science role or a similar position.</li><li>Proven track record of applying data science techniques to solve real-world problems.</li><li>Strong analytical and mathematical skills.</li><li>Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.</li><li>Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R and/or SQL.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries.</li><li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
