We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Director to serve as the architect of our next phase of international growth. In this pivotal leadership role, you will define our market approach, scale our business development engine, and act as a strategic advisor to enterprise-level clients. You will not just be selling services; you will be positioning Rubikal as an indispensable partner in our clients' long-term success.
Your Mission
You will lead the charge in expanding Rubikal&rsquo;s footprint, transforming our pipeline into a scalable revenue engine. You will bridge the gap between client requirements and our elite technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy to penetrate new international markets and increase market share.</li><li>
Enterprise Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and close high-value business opportunities with mid-to-large enterprise clients.</li><li>
Relationship Architecture: Cultivate and nurture C-suite and senior-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and champion of Rubikal&rsquo;s value proposition.</li><li>
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial high-level prospecting and qualification to complex contract negotiations and final closing.</li><li>
Pipeline &amp; Forecasting: Maintain rigorous oversight of the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasting, clear reporting, and strategic insights to executive leadership.</li><li>
Market Presence: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Rubikal at key industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to bolster our global reputation.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in sales within the software development, IT consulting, or outsourcing industry</li><li>
Enterprise Fluency: Exceptional experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients in MENA, the U.S, and European markets.</li><li>
Consultative Approach: A deep understanding of modern software engineering processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Product Lifecycle) and the ability to speak the language of both business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Strategic Vision: Ability to identify market trends and pivot strategies to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>
Influence &amp; Leadership: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels of an organization.</li><li>
Operational Excellence: Expert proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and sales forecasting methodologies.</li></ul>
