 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 :

 Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the mobile game industry with a high degree of product management skills especially for
 
 Hybrid-casual or Casual games
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with agile methodology and systems like
 
 Scrum, Kanban etc
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to
 
 analyze game KPI&rsquo;s
 
 and provide an executable plan to improve them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset and the ability to find simple yet creative solutions to complex problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Being an effortless communicator, visually and verbally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 English and Turkish
 
 , both verbal and written.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Plus If You Have:

 Experience with Unity &amp; Git,

 Experience in statistics, data analysis.
 </li>

 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for the projects in order to ensure a phenomenal player experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong relationship with Development, Art &amp; Marketing teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work together with the development team for planning and setting up new features &amp; updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize workflows and pipelines that aid &amp; improve the project lifecycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be the bridge between Game Studio and Marketing departments by planning, organizing, prioritizing &amp; assigning tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with our Data Analysts to leverage our existing tools while also giving constant feedbacks to build the best analytics &amp; visualization tools per game requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on top of the market and inform the studio on the upcoming trends to ensure we develop games that match our player&rsquo;s expectations.
 </li>
