About the role</h1>
We are redefining how User Acquisition (UA) works across our group. As Head of User Acquisition, you will lead a high-performance department delivering UA-as-a-Service to all our product teams. You will centralize operations, drive efficiencies, and establish a unified strategy across all paid traffic channels. You will also mentor and manage a distributed team of expert UA Managers across our portfolio, while acting as the key strategic and operational bridge between product, creative, and analytics. Key Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>
Build and lead the centralized User Acquisition Department servicing multiple subscription products</li><li>

7+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing UA at scale</li><li>
Strong background in subscription-based D2C products, ideally across multiple verticals</li><li>
Proven track record managing multi-million dollar monthly paid budgets</li><li>
Highly organized, data and results-driven leader with experience directly managing and developing a team of at least 5&ndash;7 UA professionals.

We are hiring a hands-on, mid-level Product Owner with a strong experimentation mindset to drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across our high-traffic funnels. You will partner closely with Engineering and Design to run daily tests, learn quickly from data, and iterate fast. This is ideal for a data-driven operator who enjoys seeing impact quickly, is light on their feet, and is comfortable doing scrappy manual work when needed.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

Maintain a fast experimentation cadence: design, launch, and analyze A/B/MVT tests daily across landing pages, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and key user flows.</li><li>
