<ul><li>Lead and manage the entire accounts &amp; finance function of the organization.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.Should have very good knowledge and hands-on experience in GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B filings, reconciliation, and timely returns submission.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, ROC filings, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.</li><li>Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital management, loans, and banking operations.</li><li>Implement internal control systems and procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity in accounting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws (GST,</li><li>Income Tax), and Companies Act</li><li>Excellent command over Tally, ERP software, MS Excel</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
