About the Role:</b></p>
<p>
We are looking for an experienced <b>HR Executive</b> with strong hands-on experience in managing <b>end-to-end HR operations</b>. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of <b>HR processes, compliance, payroll, employee engagement</b>, and <b>experience with Zoho People</b>.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<div>Manage <b>end-to-end HR operations</b>, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.</div>
<div>Handle <b>HR documentation, policies, and compliance</b> with statutory requirements.</div>
<div>Maintain and update employee records and leave data in <b>Zoho People</b>.</div>
<div>Ensure timely processing of <b>attendance, salary inputs, and leave management</b>.</div>
<div>Coordinate and conduct <b>employee engagement activities and internal communication</b>.</div>
<div>Support <b>performance evaluation and appraisal processes</b>.</div>
<div>Manage <b>employee queries, grievances</b>, and provide HR support across departments.</div>
<div>Prepare and maintain <b>HR reports and MIS</b> as required.</div>

<p><b>Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<div>MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).</div>
<div>4&ndash;5 years of experience in <b>end-to-end HR operations</b>.</div>
<div>Strong working knowledge of <b>Zoho People (mandatory)</b>.</div>
<div>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</div>
<div>Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.</div>
<div>Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.</div>
