Role Overview</b></h2>
<p>
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be the <b>voice of the customer</b> and the <b>messenger of the product's value</b> for Rugiet&rsquo;s entire portfolio, including existing solutions and exciting new product launches. Reporting to the <b>Senior Director, Product Marketing &amp; GTM</b>, this role sits at the critical intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, owning the commercial success of our offerings. You will develop the foundational positioning, execute go-to-market strategies, and empower our revenue teams to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>1. Strategic Positioning and Messaging</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>Market &amp; Customer Expertise:</b> Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to become the expert on our buyers, their pain points, and the competitive landscape.</li>
<li><b>Persona Development:</b> Define and continually refine buyer and user personas for both the direct-to-consumer (DTC) and urologist-facing channels.</li>
<li><b>Value Proposition:</b> Develop clear, differentiated, and compelling product positioning and messaging that translates complex pharmaceutical/telemedicine features into tangible patient and provider benefits.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Ownership</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>Launch Strategy:</b> Own the end-to-end GTM execution for new product features, releases, and entirely new product lines, ensuring flawless cross-functional coordination.</li>
<li><b>Channel Alignment:</b> Work closely with the Demand Generation and Performance Marketing teams to guide campaign messaging, creative briefs, and landing page content, optimizing for high-intent traffic and conversion.</li>
<li><b>Pricing &amp; Packaging:</b> Collaborate with Leadership and Finance to analyze and propose optimal pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies for product adoption and expansion.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>3. Sales and Revenue Enablement</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>Sales Collateral:</b> Create and maintain a comprehensive toolkit of sales enablement materials for the Head of Sales targeting Urologists, including pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, white papers, and product one-pagers.</li>
<li><b>Internal Training:</b> Train the sales and customer support teams on product positioning, value storytelling, competitive advantages, and the optimal customer journey.</li>
<li><b>Content Partnership:</b> Partner with the content team to ensure all educational and promotional content (blog posts, case studies, website copy) is aligned with core product messaging and SEO strategy.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>4. Ongoing Growth &amp; Optimization</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>Continuous Growth &amp; Experimentation:</b> Drive ongoing optimization across product, marketing, and customer experience through data-driven testing and experimentation. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Performance Marketing to identify high-impact opportunities for improving acquisition, activation, and retention.</li>
<li><b>Portfolio Management:</b> Oversee the performance of Rugiet&rsquo;s products, ensuring alignment between customer needs, market trends, and business goals. Recommend strategic adjustments &mdash; such as feature enhancements, pricing evolution, or repositioning &mdash; based on insights and results.</li>
<li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b> Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to translate market feedback and performance data into actionable improvements across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and reactivation.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>5. Performance Measurement</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>Success Metrics:</b> Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and campaigns, including adoption rate, conversion rate through the funnel, time-to-value, and customer retention.</li>
<li><b>Data Analysis:</b> Use product analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Northbeam) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and sales enablement assets, and use these insights to quickly iterate on messaging and strategy.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills and Experience</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, preferably within a <b>Health Tech, B2C Subscription, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)</b> environment.</li>
<li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful <b>Go-to-Market strategies</b> for new products or major features.</li>
<li>Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex health/medical concepts into clear, patient-centric language.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to perform detailed <b>competitive analysis</b> and translate market insights into actionable positioning.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Marketing) without direct authority.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Experience marketing regulated products or operating within a telemedicine framework.</li>
<li>Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).</li>
<li>Familiarity with design, collaboration, and CMS tools (e.g., Figma, Sanity), survey software (e.g., Survey Monkey, Typeform), and various data analysis and tracking tools.</li>
<li>Experience in the men's health or chronic condition management space.</li>
