We believe in training fresh talent and growing them into skilled store professionals.Role OverviewAs a Purchase Assistant, you will be part of the store team and will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain store visual standards, support sales processes and assist in day&#8209;to&#8209;day operations. You&rsquo;ll receive in&#8209;house training so even freshers are welcome.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, sizes and fit, offering information about latest arrivals and promotions.</li><li>Maintain the store floor: ensure merchandise is properly displayed, priced, tagged, folded/arranged, and shelves/racks are well&#8209;stocked.</li><li>Operate the point&#8209;of&#8209;sale (POS) system and process customer transactions accurately (cash, card etc).</li><li>Assist in receiving new stock, unpacking, tagging, arranging on the shop floor, and ensuring accurate inventory records.</li><li>Keep the store clean, tidy and organized: back&#8209;room, stock&#8209;areas, sales&#8209;floor, mirrors/fitting rooms.</li><li>Handle customer queries or complaints politely; escalate to store supervisor/manager when needed.</li><li>Use computer tools/spreadsheets (e.g., MS&#8239;Excel) for basic tasks such as stock lists, daily sales/excel sheets, attendance, reports.</li></ul>Candidate ProfileQualifications / Education:<ul><li>No specific course or formal educational qualification mandatory &ndash; All graduates, diploma holders or freshers are welcome.</li><li>Basic literacy and numeracy skills.</li><li>Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).</li><li>Or candidates with 1 to 2 years&rsquo; experience in retail/consumer&#8209;facing roles will be preferred.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes:Preferred:<ul><li>Good computer knowledge: e.g., comfortable using MS&#8239;Excel, basic spreadsheets, data entry.</li><li>Strong communication skills in Hindi, English and/or Kannada &ndash; ability to speak with customers in any of these languages is preferred.</li><li>Customer&#8209;service oriented, friendly, polite, patient and presenting a professional appearance.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast&#8209;paced retail environment, handle multiple tasks, be flexible with shifts.</li><li>Team player, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.</li><li>Good physical stamina: standing for long hours, moving around the store, handling stock.</li><li>Previous exposure to retail environment is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Knowledge of fashion/apparel products, trends or merchandising is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A starting salary of &#8377;18,000 &ndash; &#8377;20,000 in hand.</li><li>Comprehensive on&#8209;the&#8209;job training in retail operations, sales, merchandising, and store procedures.</li><li>Opportunity to grow and build a career in retail within the brand.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Should know the computer functions thoroughly</li></ul>Work Location: In person
