 THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 &squf; Greet and welcome customers at the front door
 
 
 &squf; Check clients into class and respond to their inquiries
 
 
 &squf; Assist in planning special events, community-building activities and in-studio challenges/contests
 
 
 &squf; Sell merchandise and memberships
 
 
 &squf; Connect and engage with members of the community before and after classes
 
 
 &squf; Rock and model Rumble retail/gear for social media
 
 
 &squf; Represent brand values inside and outside the studios
 
 
 &squf; Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual&rsquo;s needs and wants
 
 
 &squf; Participate in special events (including, but not limited to: health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the club
 
 
 &squf; Create and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channels
 
 
 &squf; Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
 
 
 &squf; Report directly to management
 
 
 &squf; Other duties as assigned
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 &squf; Excellent Sales, Communication, And Customer Service Skills Required
 
 
 
 &squf; Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail
 
 
 &squf; Possess an outgoing and friendly personality, while maintaining a professional attitude and approach
 
 
 &squf; Must respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientations
 
 
 &squf; Must adhere to company policies and procedures
 
 
 &squf; Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
 
 
 &squf; Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
 
 
 &squf; Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
 
 
 &squf; Must have proficient computer skills
 
 
 &squf; Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
 
 
 &squf; Must be able to work at least 15-20 hours per week
 
 
 &squf; Flexible schedule required
 
 
 &squf; Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from work
 
 
 &squf; Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test
 
 
 * Fluent in Spanish desired *
