We are currently hiring for a Branch Administrator to join our Nashville Maintenance team.</div><div></div><div><b>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Recruit candidates for open field positions and manage the onboarding of new hires</li><li>
Maintain and organize all communication in and out of the office</li><li>
Manage and run weekly payroll, accounts payable, and receivable</li><li>
Manage contract administration, invoicing, employee HR, and onboarding process</li><li>
Meet accounting deadlines</li><li>
Coordinate and plan community service projects and employee relations events and other general office duties</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Excel within a team-building atmosphere and play a supportive role to co-workers and the branch manager</li><li>
Demonstrate proficient computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office</li><li>
Candidates with prior JD Edwards and ADP system experience are highly preferred</li><li>
Applicants must have prior office administration experience and strong organizational and communication skills</li></ul><div><b>
