<div><div>A <b>New Truck Sales Representative</b> is responsible for soliciting truck sales business within an assigned territory, customarily and regularly in-person and away from the assigned work location or dealership.</div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Self-generate prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.<ul><li>
Manage Accounts &ndash; 50-100 Assigned key accounts inside or outside of the marketplace</li><li>
Accounts &ndash; 50-100 Retail accounts inside or outside of the marketplace</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Maintain relationships within assigned territory and make personal sales calls at a customer&rsquo;s location to maximize sales success, at least three (3) full business days a week. Daily visits required by New Truck Personnel System and Standardization Framework matrix.</li><li>
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by regularly spending time outside of the office making sales calls and following up on generated quotes. Refer to New Truck Personnel System and Standardization Framework matrix on required minimum quotes per month.</li><li>
Utilize Microsoft CRM for proper managing of accounts and contacts. All communications and business interactions must be documented weekly and with specific detail in CRM. Specific detail includes: all sales calls made to customers, appointments, follow-ups, quotes and any other business conducted.</li><li>
Coordinate service work such as PDI, miscellaneous add ons and/or repairs with the service department. Purchase Order with an authorized signature is required before the truck is sent to service.</li><li>
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance Departments, providing accurate information and paperwork to assist in obtaining customer financing and insurances.</li><li>
Self-generate prospective Truck Warranties, RushCare Contract Maintenance, and RushCare telematics sales. Take the initiative to identify the customers' overall business needs and not just their transportation needs.</li><li>
Level 2 New Truck sales reps should average 3 to 5 Trucks sold per month</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Education and/or Experience</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>
One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be insurable according to Rush insurance requirements.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Skills and Abilities Required</b></div><ul><li>
Regular vehicle travel within assigned territory.</li><li>
Meet Account Management, Productivity and Performance requirements as outlined in the New Truck Personnel System and Standardization Framework.</li><li>
Complete all required training as outlined in the New Truck Personnel System and Standardization Framework.</li><li>
Conduct business ethically and professionally, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.</li><li>
Maintain a safe work environment by observing safety procedures and by requiring that all staff follow the required safety rules and regulations. Maintain work area in an orderly fashion, including vehicle.</li><li>
Maintain current knowledge of truck specifications.</li><li>
Proper completion of all paperwork associated with a truck sales transaction.</li><li>
Obtain Sales Manager&rsquo;s approval on all truck deals.</li><li>
Promote and support our &ldquo;One Team&rdquo; vision. Sell all services offered: Parts, Service, Body Shop, New Trucks and Used Trucks</li><li>
Follow departmental procedures in completing truck paperwork using available systems tools.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
