Rushabh Parekh Design Studio is looking to hire an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to the DIRECTOR / HR EXECUTIVE. <ul><li>PREFERENCE &ndash; The candidate must be based in the Mumbai location only. </li><li>JOB LOCATION &ndash; Lower Parel, Mumbai. </li><li>EXPERIENCE&ndash; 04 to 10 years</li><li>JOINING DATE&ndash; Immediate joiner preferred. </li><li>REMUNERATION &ndash; No salary limit for the right candidate.</li><li>JOB TYPE - Full-time. </li></ul>EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR - RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Managing Diary, Google Calendar, scheduling calls, appointments, and meetings,</li><li>Taking notes, dictation, managing project coordination, attending calls, screening phone messages</li><li>Welcoming clients, guests, vendors, and meeting coordination, etc.</li><li>Acting as the central contact point amongst the staff. Vendors</li><li>Reminder to the boss for the meetings,</li><li>Collection of weekly deliverables and a plan for the ongoing projects</li><li>Information flow, data reconciliation, and maintaining the MIS for the database weekly</li><li>Interaction with staff and the management team for their travel and accommodation to be timely.</li><li>Maintaining the Filing, courier, logistics, etc</li><li>Itinerary management for the Director/Senior staff</li></ul>HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE - RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing/screening,</li><li>Scheduling &amp; coordinating interviews, shortlisting candidates, and sending interview invitations, etc.</li><li>Employee onboarding and orientation, maintaining employee joining documentation and records.</li><li>Processing the Offer and Appointment letter, maintaining personal file, and joining formalities</li><li>Maintain the HR database: employee records, attendance, leaves, and performance data.</li><li>HR-related letters and documents: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, etc.</li><li>Support the implementation of HR policies and resolve issues at the workstation.</li><li>Planning and executing for the company's smooth functioning</li><li>Vendor management with AMC services, insurances, etc., organizing events weekly and occasionally:</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement&mdash;events, communication, interactions with external vendors, and support HR initiatives like training, performance appraisals, and exit formalities.</li></ul><ul><li>Interested candidates can share CVs at info@rpds.in - 9372246010</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
